誠に申し訳ございませんが冷房はご利用頂けなくなっております。ご不便をお掛け致しますがご理解の程、お願い申し上げます。

Our air conditioning system has been used either　 hot conditioning or　 just send the air at this season as our system has the only one system for the air conditioning.
Therefore, you are not able to use the conditioner for cold air.
